Block 4 System/method

I was looking at some old DRFs today, trying to create profiles for the upcoming Breeders Cup, and I saw one advertisement in an older DRF (around the 1990s) advertising the Block 4 System/method from Phillips.

Wondering if anyone has even heard of this and if they even have a copy. It would be interesting to see how this works.

It looks to be the September 1990 issue of PRN

I do not have the issue but looking at those two examples it may start with something like this. Last four races omit worst finish position. Of the three left omit the one with the lowest last 3 call total that leaves you with 7+4+2 13 4+3+3 10 23 3+2+2 7 2+2+1 5 12 Make the other adjustments for class, odds, recency, and track class with the low point being the selection. This is just a guess on my part.

didnt go to harvard so not for me..... toss favorite every race is my system.. only bet maybe 2 races a day so no chalk here
