Well Pandy, if that is the case, they should change their page (that I attached) to reflect it as a monetary decision of their's and not blame the states that are not eligible to open an account. If they are not truthful in something like this, WHAT ELSE ARE THEY NOT TELLING US?

Then please explain the wording in which you (the site) say that the reason these states (of which PA is included) is not your rules but the rules of the states of which we reside? You just admitted that it was a decision based on some percent of handle that is the causation of denying the populous of PA to obtain an account with your service.

I would expect the wording to change on your site or else I guess that false and misleading statements with your company are common place.

These rules are updated from time to time are your words though you have failed to do so prior to my trying to open an account.
