I'm gonna give the late pick 4 at Santa Anita a whirl with a $54 ticket. In all my years playing this game I have never seen such anemic morning line odds for starters. Seems like the odds maker and his software using Equibase info seems to make all runners have an almost equal chance to win which is not true. I wish these guys would assess the runners chances more accurately. Late scratches will lower the price.
