You know he is doing an amazing job when his calls are almost in unison with how you are viewing the race.

He does a nice job of that.
Lot going on in a Turfway race given the full fields and synthetic flow situations, and he tends to see them as they develop and bring the action to the fans.

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the nice words and support. Turfway Park presents all sorts of challenges from field sizes, the nature of synthetic racing and a booth that is not high enough to be honest. It truly has tested me to the fullest. Once again, tyvm for all the support. Tony Calo

Looks like Tony Calo will be leaving the Finger Lakes role as he takes up the announcing position at Ellis Park in parallel with his role at Turfway Park. Also, he will be involved with the Churchill simulcast broadcasts.
