Recidivism rates in the U.S. are some of the highest in the world with almost 44% of criminals released returning to prison within their first year out.

what they need to do is take all those social workers they were going to hire to replace the cops and put them in prisons to change the recidivism rates.

Is there any DEI hire in the Biden administration that is competent? You can't blame Biden for Collette Peters that was Garland's appointee. None of them even seem to know the basics about their job.

What is wrong with being a day drinker? Back in the late 80's I would start drinking at 7:30 A.M. While everyone was in the convenience store gas station getting a danish and coffee I got a 6-pack of beer. I did about 18 months of working 12 midnight to 7am, I hated it. Some of the looks I would get, some people just can't think outside their little world. We have a few in here.

That rate will be uner 10% in a year.
We no longer put them in jail in the first place.

Did you homeschool many? I worked nights for years, but that wasn't this guys point.
