Most of you have seen the Consensus from BEST-FIVE, which is pretty good (in MY opinion) for a $39 program.

Another program I have is called EXOTIC BETS...which also contains (among a lot more) a consensus. It usually has the most obvious horses ranked on top--so big deal, right?

Anyhoo, I checked the consensus this morning--and noticed a lot of the top picks are not the ML favorite. It just seems a little unusual to me. This consensus uses the rankings of T/J WIN %, ABILITY, PLATINUM & BRIS PRIME POWER.

Some horses, like DIRTY DIXIE ROAD in the 7th...rank #1 in everything and will usually be even-money or less. His only value is maybe a singleton in a P-4 or P-5, whatever.

But there are a few top-ranked who actually might get a decent price (if they win). Here's todays Fonner Exotic Bets consensus #1 ranked:

1ST COMO SE LLAMA 6-1*

2ND GONEWITHTHEBREEZE 4-1

3RD PICKLES N ME 6-1*

4TH CHEVERIE 7-2

5TH RYRYSWEETIE 7-2

6TH KINKY KIM 12-1*

7TH DIRTY DIXIE ROAD 5-2

8TH S C ANGEL 5-2

9TH MOONFIELD 7-2

I'll take a shot on the 3 horses 6-1 or better- to win.

Good Luck

My only beef is that Luark wins 1 race a month--and picks today to nail one

I remember him from Turf Paradise--he was once 0 for 50. He would only get mounts from trainers who didn't WANT to win. Think his Dad is a trainer...and even he sometimes used some other rider.

Yeah...was lucky with the Col--although their chicken isn't that good.

For a while last summer, people were getting shot, stabbed, beat up, robbed, and brawls broke out regularly at some locations.

Funny...one of the first logos I found was this one:

-BEST-FIVE nailed the early Pick-5...unfortunately for me--I had to be innovative and played the late P-5 (looked like a better chance for a longshot).

It's a good idea unless you don't hit any

Whoever Kent D's agent is--he's not getting him much to ride, so far. Thought he might be in town for a big money race this weekend. I checked--there aren't any.

Kent moved his tack to Golden Gate earlier this year...He's not here just for fun....Patience, Kent's very streaky....Quick bankroll boost when he's ready to score. Don't worry, you'll know...

Don't believe him, Greg. He said the same thing to me...and all I've received is an eviction notice from my landlord.

Your Landlord is your Bookie, so you can stop with the camouflage routine...Don't hide it.

Ha Ha You two have been sniping at each other for what seems like years, now.
Neither of you will ever compare to the all-out wars I used to have with EMD. It got so bad-I knew Mike was going to have to ban one of us.

I was a paying advertiser, while EMD was just another forum knucklehead...so it's obvious who was gonna go

Anyhoo..I have quite a few seniors who purchase my software. Some have some difficulty-especially with the whole Bris data download routine. I can usually just talk them through it-no problem. This one gentleman from Indiana...after some time I finally gave up and suggested he ask a family member, etc for help. He said he would ask his son for help.

That was a couple weeks ago, and today I thought about him. I sent an email asking if he got squared away with everything.
This was his reply:

"Thanks for the inquire about download, got it that night after I had talk to you. I am very happy with you
program. I started getting the hang of it last Sunday and have had a very good week. I have been playing the horses for many years and this is the first time I have done this well and i am hoping that it continues."

THANKS AGAIN

GARY

So there are "other" forum knuckleheads here at Pace....Name a few...

C'mon, it's just between us, nobody reads this thread anyway.
