Raymond Handel

he shows up training a horse for the first time from John Teranova. just wonder if he was an assistant or just a trainer change, the owner remains the same.

I saw on social media he also was an assistant for talented youngblood Tom Morley. The new barn is actually on twitter @HandalRacing.

Handal currently 50-1 on board with Chase the Giant in the 3rd as an MTO. You don't often see an MTO go off at these odds.

got a dream trip, but more importantly -showed a response when roused. Nice way to break the ice Mr. Handal.

I read lamboguy's post. Then I googled him. Then I read this article. Then I actually looked at the race and the horse and decided to play the race by back wheeling the 11 with a bunch of horses. And of course, I didn't use his horse.

Man, I hate this game.

I had a whole bunch of exactas and tris with the 9 on top with the 6 to be 2nd or 3rd....you would think i could have stuck a few bucks to win? Of course not.

In the betting, I keyed off of the #11 who doesn't want to go a mile but was fastest to date in my book. Bad playing on my part - I saw the #6 late. "Under prepared Friday" which generally precedes a "Chasing Saturday". Small win saver on the # 6, that's it.
