2021 Saratoga Picks Thread
Good luck everyone playing the 2021 Saratoga meet

I still have not received Jim Mazur's books yet to handicap each race so I will be testing picks until both books arrive

Here are my picks for the 2021 Saratoga Opener!

R4: did have 7-12-3-11 but off Turf so pass

Asmussen sighting ( no real surprise)
Asmussen is at the track which make his horses even more dangerous.

looks like a soft field, but I respect the St Joe Louis Brown/Brant to have a chance to improve coming into this meet. Should be an underlay even if contending, but you have to respect Brown/Brant


I get the in a vacuum, but I don't see that being a great step forward here. Do not like at all at this price.


Looks like he needs to go longer than a mile, but Clement is capable of moving a horse up.

Gussy Mac is a long shot that could land in the Tri or Su.
