More problems for online poker

Seems as though yet another major country is thinking of banning OL poker.

We have it in the Peoples Republic of New Jersey. I don't think it's been a huge success, mainly it is just tourneys, not much cash games. I haven't played In a while, maybe I'll try my luck this Paddys Day weekend.

Once online poker starts to creep its way (legally) across America, I think that will be a much greater threat to racing than any legalized sports betting...but what do I know?

Racing and online poker share the common problem
of integrity and wagering security. A third party
always has control of, and access to, the system.

Used to play a fair bit of online poker 10-14 years ago.
Always playing with promotional freebies in freerolls.
I refused to give a credit card to any of those sites.

It's one thing to be on the losing end of a bad beat
in a live poker game. It feels much worse online.
