You should read my latest posts. I now think the response has been 100% appropriate and I am fully onboard.
In fact, I think martial law would be appropriate right about now. All businesses should close. Streets should be empty.
Suspend garbage collection too. Something tells me it can spread that way.
Also, no police or firemen anymore. Issue every citizen a firearm and a hose.
You can't be too careful about this killing machine.

Trump Has Lost His Mind

There really is no end in sight, right? 10,000 looks possible at this point.

Trump's comment was asinine to say the least....Yesterday he says "relax", today he talks out his ass, with the "August" BS. Looks like he doesn't want to re-elected with this kind of epic stupidity spewing out of his mouth.
Advice to Trump----Have Pence speak, as he's who you assigned as the "front-man" for the CV event, anyway. Pence would have never said July or August, as he's simply not that stupid.

The 'August/Summer weather', saving the day is a needed coping mechanism at this time.
I hope it is factual.

I cant believe he said that, even if true, at this point saying it is doing exactly what I am doing........figuring out how I make it until August.
My business can carry maybe 4-5 weeks tops of peoples salary but beyond that, nope.
So with no other income for 4 months, well, told my wife lets prioritize the bills we pay.

White House grapples with which industries to save as coronavirus cripples economy
Sounds like we're doing the right thing. Killing industries is nothing compared to what this virus can do.

Coronavirus forces airlines to consider a once unthinkable possibility — halting US flights
This one is a no brainer. Of course you halt flights. All flights should be grounded for a minimum of six months. You can't take ANY risks.

It's already getting overly warm throughout the US, very warm spring and early summer hot temps predicted....Who would have thought that global warming would save the day?

Was actually interested in your thoughts on appropriate response, but you have no interest in discussion. You think the response should be somewhere between 0 and where we are now/where we're going. Got it.

According to this guy, coronaviruses have already peaked...
https://www.lewrockwell.com/2020/03/...dden-end-game/
Coronavirus calendar /cycle of infection
Health authorities should know coronaviruses come in November-December and decline in April and May (see chart below). Regardless of testing or treatment, as the earth tilts back towards the sun in spring and summer the coronavirus outbreak should subside. If it doesn’t, one should suspect falsified science and fake news reporting.

It is scary because my employer will undoubtedly be affected. Who knows what will happen a couple of months even weeks down the road. And I got bills to pay.
