Upstart
Im finding with people who use computer programs or sheets or any type of system that Upstart's name keeps hanging around. Do we need to look deeper into this horse?

I did like him before the Florida derby, & still liked him a bit afterwards.......but I think he's peaked already, also, he had a fever, losing a couple days of working out......he's totally off my top 3

He's back in training and galloped 14F "with energy".

Upstart
88 Late Pace in last
3.00 DI
Does not qualify on closing fractions
NY Bred
Dual Qualifier
Just a couple knocks against him...but anything can happen.
I have him in the 3rd position right now.

Any time a horse has a set back in training up to the Derby after their last race, like the fever Upstart just had, it's a huge red flag.

top 3 or so in the Juvenile
best in the Holy Bull
best in the Fountain of Youth
about equal to the winner in the Florida Derby
good price
form that isn't easy for every player to read from a past performance
ability to win the derby if he receives a good trip AND there are no superstar performances
What's not to like?

“He felt great,” King said. “He felt really good. He’s done everything right. He went the right time – everything, the fractions were perfect.”
“He’s push-button. He’s really a nice ride,” she added. “If he messes up, it’s the rider’s fault, because he does anything you ask him to do!”

Its the "riders fault" if the horses doesn't win, he's basically saying
My cousin called me & read the same thing you typed above Nads........
I still like Frosted unless he gets a bad post. The post draw is basically what we're waiting on.......

He's one of the top 3 horses in the race, who's odds are going to be near 20-1.
