An audit doesn't show that you sold a property to an oligarch. It determines whether or not your taxes were filed correctly. So even if Trump was audited you still wouldn't know who Trump sold properties to.

Again, an audit is about whether or not a taxpayer is properly reporting income, deductions, and credits. While some details will be revealed in the process they certainly won't be divulged to the public.
