Sixty-three times, if we were to believe you, were mostly in Democrat majority courts, don't forget. But that was then and this is now. Those lawsuits were thrown out on process technicalities. Those courts simply refused to hear the evidence, despite proof and lots of merit.
This is now and when there have been evidentiary hearings, Trump has won, as we are seeing in Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgia and Pennsylvania.
A Trump hating GOP governor in Arizona had thrown roadblocks in the early days. But once a judge ruled to bring the case forward, Trump won, for a forensic audit. And in two AZ counties only, there has been over 75,000 ballots declared invalid. Trump lost by < 15,000 votes. Decertifying the Biden electors can happen in weeks.
Same with Wisconsin; once a judge approved the merits in Trump's challenge and presented evidence of voter fraud, it was found that over 200,000 votes cast were fraudulent, with Biden getting over 80% of them! Wisconsin could soon rule on decertifying the race also.
Similar evidence of voter fraud in Georgia. But Georgia gov. Brian Kemp is a Trump hater and is backed by Mitch McConnell. They have put roadblocks up and slow walked the process from the beginning. If Kemp wants to win re-election, he better do the right thing or he'll lose.
Same with Pennsylvania. People simply do not know the Pennsylvania election laws and the illegal conduct by the PA governor and Secretary of state, both progressive Democrats. I'll get to that soon.
