Well only have so much funding and to used resources to prosecute criminal act of political alias... that is wasteful spending with no political gains. When one can continue witch hunting in furtherance of malicious prosecution of one's political enemies while banking political capital. That's a no brainer which is the standard of the Democrat party... just look at Joe and the Hoe... Chuck and Nancy toss in AOC's click.
