So your logic is.. camera operators were upset about safety conditions (due to prior gun incidents), and so they gathered their gear and left the job.. but not before getting ahold of Baldwin's gun and purposely loading a live round?

Sounds solid.

It should not matter if that is the case... A gun is always loaded until you inspect it and confirm it to be safe... each and every time you handle it. If it is out of your control for 2 seconds you recheck yet alone 5 plus hours. This is negligent homicide... not an accident. Wonder if they checked Alex's blood alcohol level... bet not but should of... he is a known to tilt them back. If they are lucky they can pull a print off the casing and identify who put the live round in. If its clean of print would make one pause. Unless its ball and cap... which was still popular in that time period of this movies time frame. Even so they should still be able to pull prints from the barrel and ramrod lever. But I doubt that is the case. Regardless its Baldwin's reponceablity to double check the condition and confirm the gun is clear and safe before pointing in the direction of any living thing yet alone people and pulling the trigger.

In about five minutes Baldwin will be blaming the gun.

What I heard was it was a period gun, I also heard that specifically that gun had misfires on the set. My bet is that no one looked at the barrel with a light, what ever the scene it was used for prior a little light is the way to go.

Many who shoot old guns reload to not stress something old, the history of that gun might be interesting. Instead of a real live round being on the movie set. Was that period gun found just in time for the movie, maybe it has a lead slug lodged inside the barrel. New blanks might push out something that was half way up a barrel. None of that means anything after it passed threw two people.

Baldwin is at fault. No finger pointing. He should be tried. He won't, it will disappear. Hollywood walks away from many rape charges, and now murder. This country is ****ed.

I wonder if Baldwin is the typical anti gun person who knows nothing about guns. The first thing you do when picking up a gun is to see if it is loaded. He obviously did not do that. Obvious negligence, you can bet he will get sued at the least. The guy is a first class a-hole, anyone hear the nasty message he left for his young daughter ages ago?

Apparently the crew was shooting beer cans between takes with the very gun Baldwin used. OSHA and the courts are gonna have "fun" with this one.

Course they unloaded the beer cans before shooting at them during lunch. So by the time of rehursle... the crew and revolver were left loaded.

Naw.. the only shots Briben's OSHA is worried about is if you been poked for covid.

Supposedly this was the armorer on Rust. She was the daughter of a very experienced armorer.

She took down her social media, where she's dressed in skimpy outfits holding guns in weird positions, in her armpits, etc.

https://images.app.goo.gl/GRsTxLHbz2Z1HRh38

She worked on a movie with Nick Cage, and after firing a live round next to his ear, he walked off that set.

Sure, everything is made for a liberals unbalanced way of looking at things. Why has Clint Eastwood not shot someone by accident? Live rounds have no place on a movie set, it will be interesting to find out who paid for them and put them on location.
