I would not bet on it. The higher prices go, the more supply comes on line. There are a ton of countries looking to increase their exports.

different things happening with oil these days.. the Saudi's have cut back on production, and in this country the Keystone Pipeline is in jeopardy.. Keystone might be just a bunch of lip service at the end. right now oil has been going up when it usually goes down.

Oil is the best bet in the market at least through the end of this summer.

Travel coming back online
Biden killing off US Supply
Inflation on the horizon

I want all the oil exposure, ALL of it.

Biden's screwed up this country so badly, even a genius couldn't figure out where to start fixing it.
We hear a lot about the Russian conflict and accountability as far as war crimes go, my feeling is Biden is as guilty as anyone else.
When you really review all the damage he's enforced, and he himself knowing the crippling effects its had, how can it be denied.
He'll never be punished, but no doubt he'll carry to his grave the title of being the biggest piece of shit in American political history.

A minor glitch. Nothing to get upset about. Unless you work in the oil industry. Or drive a car.

Quote:
The United States imports nearly 600,000 barrels of oil a day from Russia—an amount that could have been made up for by the more than 800,000 barrels of oil the Keystone XL pipeline is capable of delivering each day if the Biden administration hadn’t stood in the way. As Vladimir Putin conducts his evil and unprovoked attack on Ukraine, now more than ever, we must cut off our energy dependence on Russia while turning up our energy production here at home.

On his first day in office, President Joe Biden signed an executive order to block the Keystone XL pipeline. With the stroke of a pen, he wiped out thousands of jobs and set the tone for how his administration would approach the U.S. energy industry. The president even doubled down on this strategy by banning new oil and gas development on public land.

And in May of last year—despite his own administration’s report that the company behind Russia’s Nord Stream 2 pipeline had engaged in activity meriting sanctions—Biden gifted Putin even greater leverage by waiving off sanctions. Simultaneously blocking the U.S. pipeline and green-lighting Russia’s pipeline sent the message that American security would be sacrificed in order to appease European leaders and environmental extremists.

Exactly. Oil goes into the manufacturing of many things.

And transportation (and therefore oil) goes into the manufacture and distribution of virtually everything in our modern economy.
