That’s not how Congressional hearings work. You schedule witnesses. They testify. Other witnesses come forth to either support or deny that testimony. They testify. Stop equating a Congressional hearing with a trial. It’s not. The rules are different.

Mark Meadows has refused to testify. Tony Onrato did, but his recollections were “foggy”. And the matter of Trump in the SUV never came up.
The Committee has invited Onrato and Engel to testify. My bet is we will never hear from them.
