You are delusional if you think most people don’t care about an attempt to overthrow the legitimate government of the United States of America. And don’t give me that crap about Biden wasn’t President on Jan. 6. If Trump had his way, Biden would never have been President.
Six in ten Americans think Trump should be charged with a crime for what he did on Jan. 6. And that poll was taken before June 19; long before yesterday’s explosive testimony. 60% means there are Republicans who believe Trump is guilty of a crime.

For those of you who think the Committee has some obligation to present both sides of the story, they don’t. This is a fact finding committee. By themselves, they have no authority to charge anyone with anything.
The truth is, if Republicans are upset that their side of the story is not being told, it’s their own fault. Republicans had the opportunity to select a proportionate number of committee members. But they also had the obligation to select members who would contribute and not obstruct.
Instead Kevin McCarthy chose the thug Jim Jordan and other election deniers. Then, when Nancy Pelosi correctly rejected those picks, McCarthy threw a tantrum and refused to nominate anyone else.
Of course all this was done precisely so Republicans could accuse the committee of bias.
Another factor is the refusal of many witnesses to testify. Or to take the fifth. If they did nothing wrong, why wouldn’t they come forward and prove it.

This isn't a grand jury, it is a congressional investigation, albiet with a pre-determined outcome.
Last time I looked, Congress is supposed to represent ALL the people, not just one party. When Trump was prez, HE represented - and benefited - ALL Americans.
Too bad the congressional democrats are such whining list anti-Americans.
But no one expeced integrity or honesty from the party of perverts.
