Better not to cause the damage in the first place, and still have the $16 billion. And happier farmers. And providers of farm equipment and supplies making a living like in the olden days.
Government waste is waste, whether stupid investments in private companies like Solyndra, or covering your butt on stupid policies like tariffs.

I'm fully on board. If only because it might get some people going on here...and I like that.

What did the enormous cost of Obama's stimulus accomplish? Free phones? Free billions for Iran?
The American farmer deserves better. Anyone with a problem with that most likely hates anything else tied to American manufacturing. You'd rather the expense be directed towards more investigative effort to remove Trump.
You people are so ridiculously sick its disgusting!!

0bama was a big supporter of agriculture as well. During his presidential terms, he added 17 million americans to SNAP.

I will take any farmer over people like you who post disgusting mockery like you do in this post. What a small, shallow person you are - are you proud of yourself now? Time go home and kick the cat, smack the wife around now? Big man, here....

China now controls more than 400 American farms consisting of a hundred thousand acres of farmland, with at least 50,000 in Missouri alone, plus CAFOs (concentrated animal feeding operations), 33 processing plants, the distribution system—and one out of every four American hogs.

Without farming we'd be starving, naked, and sober!
