Alex Jones -- the WWE of News

I just watched this rant from Alex Jones where he calls Mueller a pedophile and threatens to shoot him (politically).

It was the most entertaining thing I've seen all week. He is a great entertainer -- much better than Rush Limbaugh.

I love his show for the same reason I love WWE -- it is believable, but you know it really is not real, but it's close to being real.

The way Jones rants reminds me of some of the rants the WWE wrestlers go on. The best WWE wrestlers are good actors. Jones is pretty good himself.

In a way, it's like Marilyn Monroe playing the dumb blonde. She was really very bright, but she created a character that people could believe.

I'm impressed. Good stuff!

Definitely. They know how to pander to a mass audience.

I don't mean to imply that I believe what Jones or Maddow says is true of false. That is up their audience to decide. I don't really care.

All I'm saying is that they are good performers. Jones is better, in my opinion. Rush was good in his day, but Jones is just so much more over the top. I love it.
