Based on the momentum buy trigger that was tripped in my model on April 17 I am predicting S&P500 of 3,305 by October 17.
Typically when this particular buy signal is triggered the market rises an average of 15% over the next 6 months.

And looking more and more like the recent rally was a just a bear market rally, and the prevailing trend is downward.

Not sure why anyone would think anything is going to get better anytime soon...the narrative is still DOOM.
There is so much more fallout ready to be revealed in the coming months and years...the 50% retracement was a gift IMO....

Norway? Watch out for mass migration to the US - the welcome mat is out for them.

S&P futures now trading above the 3,000 level....
So what is that...almost 800 points recovered in two months??
Impressive...
Only 300+ points away from the all time high now....
I didn't see this coming.
All this money spent...all these jobs lost...all these businesses getting ****ed...and we're only 300 points away from an all-time high.
As they say....WTF?

market goes up and down like a yo-yo. 10 year bond yield from .60 to .70. big move for that percentage wise.
lots of dangerous gaps below on the S+P that need to get filled. gaps always get filled. its just a question of WHEN.
the only way to be in these markets overnight is to have defined risks ahead of time. focus more on what you might lose than the actual reward.
also historically the markets go up on years that an incumbent president is running for office. maybe middle of october or november may be a better time to short these markets.
