Suggs - NFL Defender of the week-AGAIN

"Suggs won the honor this time after he dominated the Indianapolis Colts, recording three sacks, two tackles for losses and three forced fumbles. This is becoming a habit for Suggs, who received the award three times this season and twice in the past three weeks."

The loss of Ray Lewis has put Suggs in the spotlight and he has stepped up big time. He has certainly emerged as the front runner for NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

Right, and we all know when someone is getting brutally attacked we can count on Ray Lewis to stand there and do nothing!

Nicely done, fell right into that one. I'm not a Ravens fan though, I just think Harrison is an idiot. I mean, he has to be brain damaged to keep doing it, right?

Harrison is stubborn and not too bright. He was born to hit folks...he will never learn. I have never really been a fan of his, but he's a star on my favorite team...so what do I do? I mean, wow, the pick6 in the Super Bowl is legendary.
Grin and bear it, I guess.

To me, Harrison is one of those guys who was saved by football. Without it he would be serving a long prison sentence for stuff like menacing, home invasion, ADW, you name it....
Sadly though, in today's NFL i firmly believe you need a few guys on your D who are all about the violence, the brutality, the intimidation.
The way Pitt and Balt play football you just gotta have guys like that.

Woodley has missed many games this year due to a bad hammie.
He and Suggs have the biggest biceps in the game; they are built virtually the same way...big legs, fat ass, huge arms, hate QB's

Then tell his big ass to stay health.

I'm trying man...
I think Ben is really hurt and it's been kept as quite as possible for as long as possible. I think he misses the SF game on Monday and the Steelers probably lose that game.
Remember, whoever comes in 2nd in the AFC north must go to the House of Tebow in the wild card round.

Is this same guy Big Ben shrugged off his shoulder on the game winning drive a year ago?

so far, ben and woodly wil play. so will pouncy. as far as harrison being as idiot... really, first questionable hit this year. and also....which team REALLY has a chance to beat green bay? now be objective, not a football team "fan". the only way, i think, one can beat them is by ball control and the clock and if GB doesn't turn the ball over a # of times.
and speaking of the hit....what does the league do with CLE? sending out the QB w/ concussion symptons? can't suspend the whole team for a game. what 100,000$ fine. please.......and cj, if you want to talk about idiots......todd graham FORMER COACH OF THE PITT PANTHERS. what a joke this guy turned out to be.

Re: the Browns, this is clearly a problem in the league. They need a 3rd party to make objective decisions whether a guy has been concussed. Of course the team is always going to think the player can play. And the player, geeked up on adrenaline and testosterone, thinks they can.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the Browns get fined for this.

Most of the guys that post here do so as fans of either the Ravens or the Steelers and try to be somewhat objective. You Sir are a lost cause.

Have fun cheering your team forward.

I've been a Steeler fan all my life. The Steelers have had defensive player of the year 2 of the last 3 years, and you want to tell me about Suggs having a great game against the lowly colts, then you want to post about how good flacco is.The fact of the matter is Flacco has yet to beat the Steelers in the playoffs.Your coach Harbaugh is a average head coach whos made bone decisions in the playoffs.Flacco is completing 56% of his passes thats dreadful in a league which has made rules to benefit the offense.Your leading rec is your running back which tells me Flacco still cant read thru his progressions, 15tds and 9ints.

Do i expect the Steelers to return to the Super Bowl? Nope.As long as #5 is at the helm the ravens arent beating the Steelers in the playoffs let alone win a super bowl.Have fun cheering #5 forward it must be painful to watch
