Supremes Deny Cert

https://www.npr.org/2020/12/08/94423...ection-results

TX AG, don't bother. If this doesn't get the fat lady singing, I guess nothing will. Only the NY Jets have a worse record than Trump's legal team.

i brought this up yesterday, Biden finally got something for the Supreme Court to rule on even though it was brought to the Court by the other side and they denied to hear the case unanimously. unfortunately there were only 3 Trump appointees that are on that court, Biden could have used all 9 of them appointed by Trump to have some meaning to it.
in the scope of things, this was only a small win for Biden.

They are trying to set new case law. For the future. Alabama and others joining will just expand the scope of the rulings.

Some states are going to outlaw mail in voting, or try. They want the courts to rule the legislatures are empowered to make rules, alone. When it comes to elections. Then controlling legislatures will become the most powerful politicians in the country

Per Trump attorney Jenna Ellis tweet:

🚨IMPORTANT POINT REPORTERS ARE MISSING IN PA SUIT:

The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.

@MikeKellyPA’s suit is still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

https://supremecourt.gov/search.aspx...lic/20a98.html

*****************

In another tweet by a different person:

The Supreme Court did NOT decline to hear the Pennsylvania case: they denied the request for a court order overturning PA election BEFORE HEARING the case.

BIG difference.

Time is running out for the fat man.

Oh wait, maybe the supremes including the three Trump appointees, are and have been covert operatives of the "deep state" originally planted by Hilary and Obama 4 YEARS AGO to make Donal look bad?

Sneaky!

Legislatures already had the power.

As far as making it harder to vote... I'm glad you're at least being naked about your not giving a damn about actual democracy.

Complaining incessantly about voter fraud while actively rooting to make voting more difficult is funny to me.

Shall we just go back to land ownership as a requirement?

Doubt.
Extreme doubt.

SCOTUS really, really doesn’t want election cases.
