Supremes Deny Cert
https://www.npr.org/2020/12/08/94423...ection-results
TX AG, don't bother. If this doesn't get the fat lady singing, I guess nothing will. Only the NY Jets have a worse record than Trump's legal team.

in the scope of things, this was only a small win for Biden.

Per Trump attorney Jenna Ellis tweet:
🚨IMPORTANT POINT REPORTERS ARE MISSING IN PA SUIT:
The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.
@MikeKellyPA’s suit is still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.
https://supremecourt.gov/search.aspx...lic/20a98.html
*****************
In another tweet by a different person:
The Supreme Court did NOT decline to hear the Pennsylvania case: they denied the request for a court order overturning PA election BEFORE HEARING the case.
BIG difference.

Time is running out for the fat man.
Oh wait, maybe the supremes including the three Trump appointees, are and have been covert operatives of the "deep state" originally planted by Hilary and Obama 4 YEARS AGO to make Donal look bad?
Sneaky!

Legislatures already had the power.
As far as making it harder to vote... I'm glad you're at least being naked about your not giving a damn about actual democracy.
Complaining incessantly about voter fraud while actively rooting to make voting more difficult is funny to me.
Shall we just go back to land ownership as a requirement?

Extreme doubt.
SCOTUS really, really doesn’t want election cases.
