No wonder he won...

I somehow missed this speech back in the day...is this is a speech about Trump and why he's running, or a speech about "Q"??

This is a product that falls under the category of misdirection. The content containing twice the amount of truth compared to most political tripe doesn't change the fact the producers still answer to the same puppet masters.

Believers in Trump being a force of change or a new kind of effective leader really need to sit back and reflect upon the limitations of his accomplishments. Believers in Trump actually improving the economic outlook for the lower and middle classes in the United States are in for a rude awakening....

And that's what you'd be able call a POPULIST president.

It's rather simple, actually. Ignore the propaganda, examine the facts. For example, the great gains in employment have barely kept pace with population growth since Trump has come into office. His "awesome" tax break took money out of the pockets of high end home owners. And by high end, I mean the $250K to $750K, not the multi-million dollar palaces owned by the top .8%.

How's that wall coming along? How's immigration reform coming along?

Trump has done virtually nothing in terms of correcting trends of the decline of the middle class - that is, unless you believe service jobs at $15 an hour are the new middle class.

Trump has done virtually nothing to improve the housing situation, and homeless numbers are way up, especially in the high-priced urban areas. He's done virtually nothing to address the opioid and disability problems in fly-over country.

Trump has done nothing to improve health care costs. He's in a position, mind you, to simply enforce antitrust laws to do that. But since Trump is every bit as Crooked as HRC, he's not done that - and, he's NOT going to do that.

His foreign policy is up in the air - too early to tell. But he has no long-term or strategic policies to smoothly transition the American Empire the way the Brits did, and to fix infrastructure or transition to higher energy costs.

How's that national debt? Yup. Like Obama, spending like a drunken sailor.

In short, he's a fraud, better spoken and occasionally entertaining compared to his opponent in the election, but a fraud nonetheless. His policies thus far, have kept the propaganda machine humming along, but real, tangible results in fixing the many problems in this country are not to be seen.

The economic and stock market boom are just continuations of what was going on under Obama, as is the lowered unemployment rate.

As to the jobs brought back, here is some non fake news about that.

Ford
Trump threatened to impose a 35% tariff on Ford if it went ahead with plans to build a plant in Mexico to produce the Ford Focus. When Ford cancelled the plans Trump took credit.

But Ford said they decided not to build the new plant because of declining demand for small cars and that they would instead build the Focus at an existing plant. That plant is located not in the United States but in Mexico.

Trump also took credit when Ford announced plans to invest $4.5B in electric cars, but those plans had been in development for years.

Of course Donnie also took credit for 700 new jobs Ford announced, but that number pales alongside the 28,00 jobs the company had actually added in the previous five years under Obama.

GM
Trump criticized GM for making the Chevy Cruze in Mexico and threatened a big border tax on cars made in US. The fact is Chevy Cruzes made on Mexico are sold in Mexico and Cruzes sold in America are made in Ohio

Trump also took credit for GM moving the manufacture of truck axles from Mexico to Michigan, but that had been planned for years. And GM announced that it had invested $2.9B in the US in 2016 and $21B since 2009-all long before anyone though Trump would be President.

Lockheed Martin
Trump took credit for increased jobs tied to the Production of the F 35, but that increase was due to increased number of F-35s because of a contract signed before Trump was president.
