Can't argue with that.
That's what not making many enemies will do for you.

Why did you wait til the middle of January to drop off the coats. Don't you think people could have used those coats a few weeks ago when it was really cold. It sounds like you waited so you could make a political statement.

Yeah, it’s called being a nobody and the last dog in the pack.
Btw, why aren’t you living there if it’s so great. I’m sure you can find a flight?

Because the coat drive we took them to is Jan. 13-21.
Any other tough questions? Would you like their number so you can complain about their scheduling?

So what you are saying is that there is no other charitable organization in the city you live in that accepts donations? The place you dropped them off wasn't in business or doesn't accept donations except at certain times of the year? Interesting.

In other words, it had nothing to do with MLK Day. Check.

Dude.. are you for real?
This agency does a coat drive every year. It's advertised in the local paper, Facebook, etc.
So we brought some coats to them.
End of very complicated story. I'll give you a day or so to try and wrap your head around it..

^If you actually watch that video, Durbin is the opposite of "unsure" and "confused" over what he heard.
