This isn't fair. Biden is a "groper"...but the elder Bush is an "inappropriate TOUCHER"?

Uncle Joe the gomer.
Quote:
Former Vice President Joe Biden appeared on NBC’s "Today" on Monday where he said the hero who shot the Texas church gunman should not have had the weapon he used to stop the murder spree.
"Well, first of all, the kind of gun being carried he shouldn’t be carrying," Biden said. "Assault weapons are . . . I wrote the last serious gun control law that was written and was law for 10 years, and it outlawed assault weapons and it outlawed weapons with magazines that had a whole lot of bullets and so you can kill a whole lot of people a lot more quickly."
|
You're right Joe, the guy should have had a shotgun and fired it in the air to scare him away.

Another reason I can relate to “Uncle Joe.” He’s human!
There is a difference between “touch” between humans, and grouping. Ask the recipient.

Almost all of those photos in that collage could be innocent signs of affection. Of course we don't know what he was saying to those women at those times or was going through his mind at the time.

The gunman still would have had it. Do you really think he would have not gone out and got an assault weapon if it were illegal? Cocaine and heroin are illegal but people still acquire it if they so desire.

I'm not making any a comment on what he said, whether the gunman would have been able to get his hands on an assault weapon anyway or not. I'm just thinking that it was what he was trying to get across to the woman who asked the question. Anything can be purchased by anyone at anytime these days with only half trying.

AR-15 style weapons were still legal during the ban. You just couldn't buy one with the really evil features like a folding stock or a bayonet mount.
It was also still legal to buy and sell pre-ban magazines that held 20 or more rounds, instead of the limit of 10 rounds for new ones made after the ban. There were only about a bazillion such mags around, and all that happened was the price went up for used.
