It was a field of 10 scratched down to 5, the race stayed on the turf, I usually don't bet California racing, They are not doing themselves any favors with garbage like this. No wonder there dropping like flies at Santa Anita I can imagine Del Mar won't be too far behind, I won't even mention Los A, they have huge pools put can't get decent fields, I don't get it

Southern California horsemen won’t be happy until Los Alamitos drops afternoon thoroughbred racing, leaving a huge hole in the racing calendar.
