Unless you are current or former military, you may need to watch and listen to the video two or three times to better understand the significance of this special unit.
I asked a former Special Forces Green Beret to help me understand it. In a nutshell, as I understand it, civilian, former Special Forces military have been given the green light to act in defense of the Constitution, at will...funded by Congress. Our domestic enemies (and we have them) are being watched. How? I don't know. When and what specifically would be defended, I don't know. But, the American people should rest assured that our 'Constitutional' backs are being protected.
Sometimes our best protection is "invisible."
I'm sure that there is someone out there who can explain this better than I.
