That's Frank Olivares' daughter, and why isn't she showing More Midriff ?
Frank was a jockey (I used to see around town quite a bit), and he is mentioned in last years Laffit Pincay video.
Once upon a time: After a race, (he felt he was wronged), Frank started a fist fight with Laffit.
After Laffit "took care of him", Frank took off his mount in the 9th race.
Laffit picked up that mount and promptly won with him. ... Which made Frank even more furious !
