I've deleted several posts that aren't even remotely associated with the topic of this thread. And please don't post stuff about other trainers without anything to back up the claim at this time.

Had to Google this:

what is misdemeanor obstruction of breathing?

Quote:
A person is guilty of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood. circulation when, with intent to impede the normal breathing or. circulation of the blood of another person, he or she: a. applies pressure on the throat or neck of such person; or.

Best guess is he grabbed somebody by the neck.

Trainer Chad Brown charged with "A" misdemeanor "obstruction of breathing" in Saratoga Springs court, order of protection on behalf of alleged victim Carol Fisher. Judge allows "Only incidental contact," since Brown and Fisher both work at Saratoga Race Course

If you're still not sure what it is, just ask Desormeaux. He'll clear it up for you

praying for Chad and the alleged victim

Horse Racing Twitter seems to have a 'Nicolas Cage' superpower that allows them to make passionate, factual, virtuous statements when the rest of us don't know what exactly happened.

Excerpt:

According to a handwritten statement from the alleged victim, who was not named, an encounter with Brown turned violent after she entered his house and found him in bed with another female. The statement reads: “On August 17, 2022 at around 11 pm, I went to the house of Chad Brown, my on again off again significant other. I have a key to the house, so I let myself in. I went to his room and saw another female in bed with him. I confronted him on that and he got up and pushed me down some stairs. I fought him down the hallway and he pinned me to the floor and started choking me. He applied pressure to my neck while it was against the floor. I was able to push him off of me and get up. Chad then pushed me out the door and I left and came to the police station.”

Not in all cases but in most a look of someone's face can scream pompous ass, Brown's look fits that criteria.

What puzzles me is what was she doing going to his house at 11pm? For most racetrack people I know that is way past bedtime.

Obviously they were "off" so why was she going there. If they were "on" nobody would be stupid enough to have another woman in their bed.
