"Banned for life" or "Prohibido de por vida" is what that is saying according to the shitty Spanish I picked up from watching Hipco TV Gulfstream on YouTube

Soumillon has been sacked as retained rider for the Aga Khan. A statement was issued today:

“Following last Friday’s incident at Saint-Cloud, which resulted in the fall of Rossa Ryan, the Aga Khan Studs have taken the decision to cease their retainer with Christophe Soumillon with immediate effect.

Good to see action from the Aga Khan. Although he will still ride for the Aga Khan on occasion if the trainer wishes this will be a costly blow to Soumillon and possibly more costly than his actual ban.

At least someone is taking meaningful action, since racing authorities won't.
