Weather is too unpredictable to tell. 
I had a hard time believing it was 40 below this morning, until I went outside.

I'd imagine they could seeing as they control:
All Main Stream News
All the Intelligence Agencies.
The State Department.
The Earths Magnetic Poles are central to our magnetic fields. Science theorizes that our poles actually flip every 200,000 years. Previously it was believed it occurred every 5 million years.
When these flip, we are all cooked.

Global cooling is already here, which is what makes that headline hoax so much funnier --- I wonder if "climate change" will be switched again as a political term/buzzword, or if they realized that it's great since it just describes the 4 seasons and we can talk about that forever.
