at Delta last night E power had 8th race #8, paid $18.00 9.40 3.00
and at Oaklawn yesterday top E power had 4 winners including 7th race winner #6 $15.20 9.00 6.60
E power can be a good longshot indicator at some tracks

This guy actually makes me want to throw up. I look at other websites for ideas on improving my own site, so I clicked on an ad:
http://www.equalizer365.com/
This is possibly the worst of the "get rich with my method" advertising. I clicked around trying to find the price, or the owner--finally gave up. Disgrace to horse racing, gambling, handicapping (oh wait---it says there is no handicapping necessary!)
BTW...there is a guy on this board who has a program called "The Equalizer" --it is NOT the same person or software method. I've heard his "Equalizer" is a nice program

Yeah NCG. That site is terrible. Did you know that I could win 100% of my bets and make $300 an hour? Boy oh boy...I can't wait to sign up!

You have to create a new account first. I used fake info on his site just to get to the next screen. Then the price of $49.95 appears on the next page.

Yeah...I arrived at that same page and clicked it off. I should have used my standard go-to fake address:
7000 Coliseum Way
Oakland, Ca 94621
(the address to the Oakland Coliseum)

Lone Speed
There's a LONE SPEED play on PLATINUM that's decent...seems to win with some regularity...I don't think it's ever been properly tested.
Here are the rules:
And today's qualifiers--let's see how they do--- (blatant lone speed horses are usually overbet--once in a blue moon one is overlooked by the public--and pays in double figures)
GPX 4TH PURPLE GIRL 7-2
TAM 1ST KWAINA 3-1
TUP 8TH IMPETU 4-1
PMX 5TH IKNOWYOURFACE 3-1

I didn't have to do sign anything, just clicked on the tab called Pads, it's near the bottom. And it's 49.95 a month!

Hey a $17.00 dollar winner, I'll take that anyday.
are you using the Longshot 2 tab or power ratings?

I'm using Longshot1 & Longshot2, but I'm taking a look at each one to make sure it isn't a maiden race or big Stakes race. As you know Mike, there are instances where a horse will be a longshot "by default"...meaning he's the only horse that's earned a power number, and happens to meet the other criteria.
I looked at GPX on Pegasus day--there were maybe half-dozen longshots listed. When there are that many (or more) at one track--something's not right. Best is to just pass.
Last Sat. at MVR two longshots were listed in the same 4th race:
PAINT DAKOTA 10-1 & TEN CENT HAT @ 12-1. Instead of dutching them--I just boxed 'em up in a $3.00 exacta. Figured if the exacta came in...it would pay a ton of money.
Well...it did come in, but unbelievably those two horses ended up being the favorite & near 2nd-favorite, and my $6.00 wager paid $38.00.

PMX 1-29
Portland Meadows is one of the best tracks for BEST-FIVE. If you can get any odds, you can play doubles and pick-3's, 4's, right off the sheet usually.
Then again...there's always the possibility you'll lose your @$$
.
my late pick-4 for the heck of it.
$1 Pick-4: 4,11 / 4,9 / 1,8 / 9
Bets: 8 Total: $8
Good Luck

quarter horses LAD
Someone asked about quarter horses the other day--I checked the BEST-FIVE consensus for today's meet @ LAD.
--Not bad, if you had eliminated everything below 3-1 ML, and just flat bet the rest...you would have done pretty well for yourself
.
*I count 5 out of 10 winners
