I suppose he doesn't have to. He's probably waiting for the full report to be released, which in itself will be Mueller's coming out party...that's when Trump gets led away in handcuffs, in the ultimate plot twist.
It's all coming together now.

I've never thought Trump is getting carried away in handcuffs. Also, I'm inclined to believe the majority of the Barr letter is correct.
That said...
Barr is a attorney, a very good one at that, and there is no doubt the legalese he chose to use when discussing Collusion AND Obstruction provided a lot of wiggle room.

This is too funny. I mean, why arrest Trump or charge him with anything before he gets more done? Nut flakes everywhere seem to forget that Trump was not supposed to be here.
The ultimate plot twist will be that Mueller has been secretly working for Trump

I'm running with that.

I'm just gonna start going around dunking on stuff...
Also this kinda shoots apart the whole Carter Page FISA argument being parroted so often...
It actually pays to read these reports folks.

Burls, why didn't you highlight the most important sentence that really shows why Trump felt this way?
"Everyone tells me if you get one of these special counsels, it ruins your presidency"
Is it really any wonder why he was saying what he did at that moment in time?

Probably shouldn't have fired his FBI director and advised his Deputy AG to cover up the reasons for doing so...
You know... the thing that started the Special Investigation...
Really should read it bro...

It means nothing, enjoy your last gasps as you rebel. Soon you will see how an Attorney general acts for the people. You might want to be the one to welcome ReplayRandall back when the first official is publicly humiliated by the media. So you think that its just more hogwash, I'll go silent until it begins then will be back to make you feel real good.

Now that's a hot take.
I get it though... the amount of "wrong" in this thread, particularly after the Barr letter, is overwhelming.
I warned you guys about it in the other thread too...
Back then you all were for releasing the report but it seems none of you can be bothered to even read it... fascinating.

This soooo reflects the stunted level of cognitive development of those pecking at the crumbs thrown out by the crafty prosecutor...the rabid Demos; the tiresome MSM, and to any whom the shoe fits.

If I were you I would wait for Mueller to testify before assuming Barr acted for the people.
It is obvious and written by Mueller that he could not indict because of DOJ policies regarding a sitting president, and Barr glossed over this crucial point.
Mueller also wanted congress to run with a roadmap he clearly laid out.
Unfortunately for Chumpy and you Chumpites, Dems control subpoena power.
Mueller, and dozens of witnesses described in his report will testify.

Mueller Report Dramatically Changes Picture Of Trump Obstruction
https://talkingpointsmemo.com/muckra...on-obstruction
Special counsel Robert Mueller’s redacted report released Thursday painted a strikingly different picture for why he did not reach a prosecutorial decision on whether President Trump obstructed justice than the process described by Attorney General Bill Barr.
The discussion comes at the beginning of the second volume of his report, focused on the obstruction aspect of his inquiry. Its executive summary concludes bluntly that had Mueller’s team been able to clear Trump of obstruction based on its investigation, the investigators would have done so. But based on the facts and the legal standards, they could not reach that judgement.
