Take care Handi. Best wishes, and get better soon so you can enjoy coding again.

I am really surprised that you aren't dictating to some hot babe who does the typing for you.

With one hand, of course.

I have the same problem and I am on the 2nd year of getting them. I can still see well enough to program but I am not sure that I will be able to pass my driver's test Feb 9. In Texas I can't bet off track so that would be a be problem. Bummer.

Dave Schwartz of HSH fame has been kind enough to be a sounding board for me. Through our talks we have exchanged some interesting information. Just recently he shared some info concerning a new project. I found it very interesting and quite intriguing. The cool part is when Dave gets the final touches done, it will be available to HSH users and (Cool Part) Pencil and Paper cappers will also be able to take advantage of the info.

Anyway I didn't mean to turn this into a commercial for Dave, but a chance for me to publicly thank him for his kindness during this very difficult time of my life.

P.S. I have been getting eye injections for a few months now. My doctor says he thinks he can save my vision and even improve it to the point I can get back to programming.

My grandfather lost a lot a vision late in life. After he did, we used to sit at the table with the Racing Form and read the past performances to him. He was a solid player and he was betting up to his last days. If it wasn't for him I might never have become a huge racing fan.
