One minute video

Check out this sunrise I caught two weeks ago. I live in the building directly behind me when I rotate. One mile of private beach, The Galt Mile . I’ve been doing sunrises most days.
I’ve not truly been locked down.

Good stuff. Stark contrast to the video I posted.

We all need to get out more. This was true even before the virus came to town.

The building is 2/3rds hotel & 1/3 private condominiums.

I’ve been sharing common space with strangers quite normally. Elevators, the pool, lobby, tiki bar, valet, maids. I’ve been living pre-corona the entire time except for these daily adjustments

I wear an N95 mask indoors 100% of the time.
I wash my hands more often. I do it strategically when I’m out and when I come home. Its ranges from 2x a day to 10.
I politely ask people to distance when it’s appropriate.

Its was awkward at first, but its built in now. Its not even an issue to take these steps daily and live normally.

If anything I’ve charged into the chaos. My business is virtual and for the most part its been sufficient to keep me going and help others a small amount.

I’m 50 pounds over weight, I have type 2 diabetes, I smoke cannabis & tobacco.

I just roll into it.

.

On this level, like Ahmaud Arbery, I probably would of went for the gun.

But in defense of the McMichael’s;
Twice in Revere, near suffolk, and we once in Dorchester, near Savin Hill. Aka: Stabbing Hill. My house was robbed. One was a bad one, stole my everything and broke what was left. I’d kill that F today and it was 30 years ago.

I don’t even have a good guess. Seats - Salem or the image hit a chord.

I used to live in Gardner, MA back in the late 90's and my children were small (my 2 boys). My wife, my two guys and myself used to go to "The Rock" all of the time for the live racing program. God, I miss those days. It was a very nice time.

Be careful.
We have a true blue Climate Change believer who posts here and says that your beach will be underwater soon.

When the Tele came to Suffolk, 4 of us would pitch in .50 cents each, so 1 of us would pay the $2 clubhouse entry. He’d go to the few guys who were using it, write down figures , Tele , racing times, etc. Then he’d bring them back as if they were the Glen Gary Glen Ross sales leads!

That Chatter helps me. It keeps waterfront real estate at price points I can play in.
