If the price gets up to 10-1, I might take a shot that the riders all out-think themselves and line up single file trying to hold the fence and Good Samaritan sits in the dreaded two path. Pavel clears, JV wrestles into second, the full nelson is applied, and we get some idiotic slow pace to the half. But do not fear, the five is a plodder that is stuck out in the dreaded two path, one off the golden rail, and somehow winds up impossibly close to the pace. Meanwhile, everyone else is on the wrong spot relative to him.
If I don't go for the unlikely scenario... I have to watch, I'm afraid.

I wanted to include the with best late pace—worked earlier today—but just couldn't with this one's dubious move from turf to dirt. But who knows.

Here's ya on that. I can't bet against classic winners with a first time dirt horse. Credit to whoever had that one though.

JHS—please tell me you dropped your standards and took the shot at 8/1 and threw the underneath in the exacta.

Personably believe always dreaming ran with a slight bias on derby day. Not to take anything away from the horse though

I guess the two favorites were just even more vulnerable than I thought. The race ran pretty true and if there is an inside bias, the winner and runner-up laughed it off in the middle of the track from the three-eighths. Couldn't get lucky and catch the winner for the wrong reasons since the price never moved up much.

Last race is though. I think 5 horses have a chance. Deciphering one to win is hard.
10 cent super box
Not sure who is going to win yet. Favoring the though
Really believe will win, but chalk. Maybe I'll get lucky and will win, better yet maybe I'll hit the super

If I'm on a fool's errand known as trying to beat two Chad Brown turf maidens, usually I want a big price to make it worth the effort. If nine had drawn a bit more inside, maybe I get brave since the horse I thought might be worth the effort is a pretty bad price.
5-1 at 3MTP on Magical Sky is lower than I expected off a debut in which she took no money and rallied into a stopping pace to finish well. Watching it back, it looked like the kind of steady :24 pace that would be tough to close into, but she was pretty impressive finishing into it. Don't love her or anything so 5-1 is a tough sell, but I'll never learn and always feel compelled to shoot against the Chad Brown auto 6-5.

I actually liked your . I just refuse to lose anymore money on leparoux. Hate the way he rides.
That being said. The deuce was definitely supposed to win that race.

I don't use them , or TF, but do you routinely use late pace in turf races on the dirt?

Nothing routine about nailing a $19 horse......Whatever it takes, even if it makes no sense to you.
