There certainly is a lot of of information in the package. The hours of video fully
explain Dave's massive amount of data. Well worth the price.

Dave and I spoke several months ago and it didn't sound like he was going to do another P & P package. I am glad he changed his mind as P & P 2012 was a really great set. This is a must-buy; the timing of the release is just bad for me. Next sale for sure!

The star of the show is the section on NEW FORMULAS.
It's all about RATIOs between the columns!
What it does is point to factors that (essentially) are ripe for picking mid-price and up horses when the favorites fail.
In other words, it screams that THIS FACTOR will have OVERBET FAVORITES. These become PLAY AGAINST horses!
Sort of like an ANTI-SPOT PLAY for low-odds horses.
And all it takes is ONE in a race to make the race playable.

And, having all the tables available in Excel makes it easy to run those formulas.
Very interesting materials. I will be watching the videos again to get it all. The one on the PSR/PP/RTG is extremely enlightning. I have been researching PP as a stand alone and you just gave me key I was looking for.

Buy it here.- I started with the 144 factors from Percentages & Probabilities 2012 and updated all of them to 2021.
- Then I added 69 new factors.
DATA SETS- 26 Sets of Data (Based upon Type of Race.)
- Each data set is 94 PAGES of IV Tables!
- 26 x 94 =2,444 TOTAL PAGES!
Buy it here.- It is difficult to imagine that factors like HDW's Projected Speed Rating or BRIS' Prime Power could be used to find PROFITABLE LONGSHOTS, but it is 100% TRUE!
- (And not small samples that were the result of getting lucky.)
- My definition of "longshot" started at $18 and went all the way up!

- They are simply Rank=1st for each of these factors.

What made much of this possible was a new discovery.
If you read and understood Percentages & Probabilities 2012, you know that there were 4 key columns: - IV (Impact Value)
- PIV (Pool Impact Value)
- DV (Dollar Value - i.e. $Net)
- BV (Betting Value - How the public bets.)
Back then...- Impact Value and $Net in the top ranks were how we judged factors.
- If they showed no profit, then we'd (logically) move on to another factor.
- But that has all changed now!
The 2 New Formulas - actually RATIOS - have changed all of that. - Now we can look at an IV Table that showed no promise before...
- Apply a simple formula...
- And know that this is a factor which PREDICTS...
- BET AGAINST LOW ODDS HORSES!
What Does it Do?- I am not saying that it predicts a favorite will lose.
- Sorry. Can't do that.
- What it does do is predict Low Odds horses that are likely to lose their backers BIG MONEY.
Think About it.- When you go into a race knowing that there is a Low-Odds horse that should LOSE BIG MONEY, you can almost throw darts in those races and be even.
- In fact, why would you play a race that does not have a BET AGAINST horse?
- Frankly, this is why I've been a tough player for so long.

YES!
There HSH things you can't use, but still should be aware of but the amount of info available and broken down by type of race is staggering! I don;t have HSH but have been using it since the first edition in 2012. I would stromgly suggest getting that one as well, as there is much material there that this builds on.

IOW, it expired too early.
I have added 2 days - THRU JANUARY 8.
