I don't know many people but out of the people I work with, I know 6 that have been infected since the beginning. All were minor symptoms but required to isolate 10 days to 2 weeks. Including myself. Only one was after being vaxxed. One was in hospital 2 months after vaccination for blood clotting and extreme bacterial infection.

Mike,
As I have. I am hoping those got better. None of my friends had anything more than mild symptoms. 3 were vaccinated, 1 with the Pfizer and 2 with Astra Zeneca. The others were not vaccinated.
On a side note, we in Wyoming believe in freedom. The population here are hard working Americans. The problem is many of those did not get vaccinated and have gotten sick from the diseased people of Illinois and California that came here for their summer vacations. I know 4 people that work for the state that died, 3 of them had underlying conditions, and still believed to their last breath to "Live Free or Die."

And yet, when the vaccines first came out, they didn't talk about "well, there's a decent chance you might still catch COVID, but you won't get as sick..."
No, it was all "TAKE THE VAX, get back to NORMAL"

NOPE. There are places in the world that are NOWHERE NEAR normal.
There are still travel bans in effect...new ones popping up even as recent as a few days ago (Sweden banning travel from Israel, one of the most HIGHLY VACCINATED COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD).
I WOULD HOPE the vaccine had SOME sort of positive effect...not getting AS SICK is the only one, it seems.
You can still catch it...you can still SPREAD IT...but hey, you MIGHT have a better chance of staying out of the hospital (except if you're Jesse Jackson and his wife I suppose...not that he's the only one).
The point is...the goalposts and the narrative is CONSTANTLY CHANGING...and never for the better, it seems.
