Somebody educate me....why would you want an organization that specializes in human doping cases presiding over animal doping....seems like that is outside of their expertise.

I think it comes down to, there isn't any horse racing or animal organization that specializes in doping cases.

Besides, this organization has been an anti-doping leader in the sports industry.

Why would you think that the process of identifying dope in human blood is different than identifying it in horse blood?
