Why, the mayor wasn't implicated?
But, one those guys pictured sure does look like he had a lot of meals probably because they were provided for free.

They go after these high ranking guys because they usually know more, have more to lose, and will eventually roll over because they cannot at their age go through a prison sentence of any duration.

Okay I guess.
I just was going off from what I read in the article and couldn't see how the Mayor could benefit from the access to prostitutes, free flights, gifts and meals. Besides after reading the article, I understood how what they were doing works after all I saw the original Godfather movie several times.

New law, in NYC. courtesy of the NY socialists, If bail is imposed by a judge, if you are arrested, and cannot afford the bail, you can be released under
home monitoring............it gets even better no more arrest for quality of
life crimes.........only a ticket...............
