In either case, it isn't money Trump was going to get anyway.

It's closer right now than I thought it would be. Even so, it's over for Nikki. Her financiers are wasting cash

They explained a few minutes ago that the very strong Trump counties have not come in yet. A lot of the votes tallied so far are coming from Charleston and Richland counties, which tend to be blue.
The largest county by far in SC is Greenville County and no votes have come in yet and it's a very dark red county.

They said this morning that 7% of the voters in SC yesterday were against building a wall (which likely makes them democrats). So in reality, Trump won by 27% among the GOP. Which is what the polling indicated.
I heard the other day that many states bar someone who ran in a primary for one party to run in a general election under another party name. If so, Haley cannot run on a No Labels ticket since she participated as a GOP candidate. Last night it was mentioned that she may be still running to increase her profile for more corporate board positions and think tanks. That sounds more like Nikki.
Honest question to anyone who cares to answer. Name one policy position Haley stands for? I have heard her speak at least a dozen times. I have yet to hear her voice one policy position other than her support for us to continue to give more money to Ukraine without strings. 99% of the time she talks about Biden and Trump being too old, or that they are dividers. She never talks about what she would do. It's always what the others can't do. I detest negative campaigning.
She is going to die an ugly death on Super Tuesday. Trump is up by 50 in CA; 75 in TX; and 40 in MI. Election is in 9 days. That hasn't stopped donors from giving her money. Just yesterday, in the midst of losing her home state by 20+ points, she got a half million from someone to run ads in MI. I don't get it.

my old friend, Jimmy The Greek flew to London to bet on Truman. the Greek was a life long Republican, but Dewey had a mustache and according to the Greek, they aren't going to vote for a guy with a stache. he got 7-1 for his money and that's how he started his gambling career!

Good thing the "Greek" wasn't alive and betting in 1860. No one would vote for a guy with a beard and high pitched voice.
IOW, the Greek got lucky. Good for him.
FYI, a number of presidents had mustaches up through WWI. The last one to have a mustache? Why Harry Truman of course. I wonder if th Greek knew that before betting. In fact, Truman grew a mustache and goatee similar to Jefferson Davis, the president of the Confederate States. Think Colonel Sanders. Truman called his facial hair "Jeff Davis".

I have never heard the high pitched voice label on Lincoln. Are there any recordings of his voice?

Looking beyond the primary, Trump only got 52% of the vote in Texas. 51% in Florida in 2020. Trump on a ticket concerns me. Polls this early are useless for a GE. If Texas is that close, AZ, ga, NV and the rust belt aren't safe by any means.

Just accept the obvious like I did not too long ago...Trump will be the nominee...period...end of story
Remember when they thought Liz Cheney was the hero of the day?
Her campaign lasted about 5 minutes
Haley is a moron, obviously...a moron with way too much money

Not many liked Liz Cheney iirc.. I sure didn't
Yeah he's the nominee but I don't think he can win. "They" will beat him again. That's clear so I was all in on someone the intelligence community won't gut out.
Even if he does win, and he won't, he'll be the lamest of lame duck potus after mid terms. I know you and a few others here understand that, and the ramifications, but a large contingent of Trump supporters don't think that far ahead. It'll be a fkn disaster.

I could be wrong but I don't think Biden is on the ticket in November
The challenges facing a potus in 2024 is beyond what Trump (or Biden, Harris, newsom) can handle. DeSantis was the best choice, unfortunately Trump is the nominee. He won't win imo.
Kari Lake offered 7 figures to drop out of the senate race? Weird crazy shit going on. Any ally of Trump is swimming upstream... unfair, un American, total destruction of our democracy. But it's reality
