I was on a computer contract with DC Metro ( https://www.wmata.com/) years ago and happened to glance at an incident report. Some guy had dropped a paper bag with diarrhea in it on a woman's head who was on an escalator coming up. Don't know how it ended. I expected anything to happen in D.C. at the time including stepping over a frozen blood trail walking to work, nightly shootings, etc.

I lived in SoCal in the early 80’s. Again from 2002-2004
It was a great place. It truly is a beautiful place.
