So Perry tries to run off a DA who gets DWI's and that's a bad thing?

This is going to be interesting. They are getting back at him by sabotaging his White House run.
It's easy to get the indictment. He says he's within his right to veto under his exec authority for any reason. I think he's right. But a jury is now going to decide.
But it kills his Prez campaign which was their real goal. Unless he can get it tried super fast. Look for delays on the prosecutors side.
