2012 NFL MVP. Andrew Luck.

Thoughts on Luck being MVP? Can anyone make a case against him at this point?

When a guy named Luck gets drafted by a team with a horseshoe on its helmet, great things are bound to happen.

He'll get Rookie of the Year. Its largely a numbers based award and his numbers are still lagging behind the top QBs, including his predecessor.

Well the best case is no clear standouts at this point. He would probably need to run the table for MVP.

No chance. His numbers aren't THAT good.

He was a great pick by the Colts, but could you possibly make the case for him before we have to argue against it?

This is more ridiculous than your Yankee closer MVP theory. Luck will be a great player someday and will win some MVPs, but not this year. The case against him is several guys are having a better year.

Is Luck the best player in the NFL? no. But, is he most valuable? You can make the case that he is.

No, not realistically. The Colts have had a very soft schedule and it will get tougher this weekend.

Not really. Not this year.
