Two words with totally different meanings here:

Meaning: proclaimed, affirmed, declared, or asserted.
There ya go... its the same result. He has seen no evidence of impropriety in the spying but he's looking into it.

Like I said Barr is a fantastic political operator.

Remember when we hated North Korea and we're going to bomb them? I said that's not a realistic solution for and it got panned. Then we were all happy with.North Korea and cool with backing down pressure. I said that was a bad idea and it got panned.
The only thing that changed was Trumps tweets.
How about the Syria debacle? How'd that pan out. We just flew more forces in there if anyone was paying attention.

He mentioned 'wiretapped', which may or may not be correct. Anyway his Trump tower had the server from a big Russian bank and the ambassador from Russia visited once, so the spying would be predicated.
It was interesting that one day the Trump team just up and moved to some golf course.
