A lot of that money will pay dividends, creating high paying clean green energy jobs, and cheap green energy. While providing clean cheap energy it will save the planet and stop racist man made climate change, that is causing devastating infrastructure decay and crop loss. The money spent on infrastructure will provide high paying union jobs to rebuild racist roads and bridges using oppressed minority construction workers so we can diversify the construction trades so they are not full of privileged white cisgender males.
