greetings from Aqueduct

The facility is in fine shape, especially inside. Everything has been renovated and is clean and beautiful. (Exteriors need some work.)

The tote board sucks, though, and if you care about race calls, you can't hear Frank M at all.

But this is a very nice place. Great place to see a horse race. Wish more people would come.

I would say there are a couple of thousand here. Lots of cars in the lot, but that includes casino-goers.

For a real treat see if you can get someone to take you to the paddock, once the horses head to the post parade listen closely to the rail birds, the rastas are the best when it comes to one liners, telling each and every jock just how they feel about them. The first floor is where the action is at the Big A, the third floor is nice and quiet.
