So apparently:
The column shown in red in the screenshot from the video of the CDC site (Deaths involving COVID-19 and Pneumonia, excluding Influenza) disappears when you download data from the CDC site. (Hmmm. Now why would that be?)
Of the 167.5k total Covid deaths reported on the CDC.gov site as of 08-26-2020, the largest comorbidity segment is 93.3k (H1N1 Flu with Covid.)
The 6% number (Covid by itself with no other comorbidities) retweeted by Trump was deleted by Twitter.
But that 6% number is actually the same rubric countries like Germany and Japan have been using to report their Covid deaths since day one.
And the mainstream media went absolutely bonkers over that.
