DRF Customer Service

I would like to acknowledge the folks over there for being polite and accomodating.
I've emailed them on holidays, weekends, whenever, and they always respond in a timely manner. They do their best to answer my annoying questions and help me with any issues I may have.

I recently had a request regarding a Formulator subscription and it was handled within minutes (on a Sunday).

Good on them

In this day and age, that is great to hear. I always wondered what amount of money per dollar billed a company saves by outsourcing customer service to a call center in a 3rd world country? As much as I wish I had hardwired cable internet I definitely do not miss the customer service person in the Philippines reading off a script.

I don't know everyone in customer service anymore, but Lonnie is great. He knows the game, knows the products, and cares about customer service.

More kudos for Lonnie. I haven't had to contact DRF for a long time, but he has helped in the past, quickly and graciously. He represents the DRF in a great manner.
